What does it mean when a property is in the upcoming stage?

Understanding Carré's Upcoming Stage for Real Estate Investment Opportunities

When a property is in the upcoming stage, it indicates that the property will be available for investment on our platform in the near future. During this stage, investors have the opportunity to reserve shares of the property, but it will not yet generate daily rental dividends or vacation points.

Reserving shares of an upcoming property allows investors to secure their position and express interest in participating in the investment.

Additionally, some properties in the upcoming stage may be sold at a discount, offering investors the chance to acquire shares at a reduced price compared to the standard share price. However, until the property moves to the primary market, the reserved shares will not be converted to actual shares.

Once the property transitions to the primary market, reserved shares will be converted to actual shares, and investors will start receiving daily rental dividends and vacation points based on their ownership stake in the property.
