How Carré Makes Money

Simple and Transparent Fees for Real Estate and Vacation Point Transactions

Carré

Last Update hace 3 meses

Carré makes money in three main ways:

  1. Listing Fee: When a new property is listed on the platform, Carré charges a listing fee, usually about 5% of the property’s value.
  2. Marketplace Fees: Carré takes a 2.5% fee on buy and sell transactions for properties traded on the Carré Marketplace. Additionally, we charge a 5% fee on transactions for selling vacation points.

There are no fees when you buy property shares on the primary market or when purchasing vacation points.
